At CW Holistic Counseling, I aim to assist individuals in managing their emotions during the challenging periods of childhood, adolescence, and adulthood through therapy.
CW also offers parent coaching to foster healthier relationships and meaningful parent-child bonds. We help parents identify unhealthy patterns and connect with their children through empathy and acceptance.
The interventions focus on breaking down complex issues into manageable parts to help individuals understand their problems and work through their emotions at their own pace.
My goal is to help clients develop effective strategies to identify toxic patterns and manage negative behavior through empathy and unconditional positive regard for themselves.
